The title of the book i read was "The Children We Remember" by Chana Byers Abells and I thought it was sad when the Nazi's separated the families and threw them out in the street
The tittle of the book I am currently reading is "The attack on Pearl Harbor" I found it surprising that I am liking it I find it very interesting and it draws my attention more every time I read it.
I just finished reading The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I really liked how it showed not only how the Holocaust affected the Jewish population, but the Nazi families as well. My favorite thing about the book was that it shows the innocence of the two young boys. They had no idea what was actually going on in the world around them. Despite their differences, they were able to become best friends.
I am reading pegasus bridge by stephen ambrose and it is talking about the most important places of war. The most important was bridges. They are also talking about the fighter planes they used in the war.
I am currently reading "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas." I was amazed by how little the boy knew about what was really happening in the world around him. So far, I really like the book and how some of the Halocaust is shown and told from the point of view from a 9 year old boy.
I recently watched "The Boy In The Stripped Pajamas." Even though the movie was very sad, it showed us a glimpse into a very important part in our world's history and the torture that most of the Jews went through. I'm planning on reading "The Boy Who Dared" and I'm looking forward into learning more about the Holocaust.
I recently read "Between Shades of Gray". It went through, in unpleasant detail, about what one Jewish family experienced during World War 2. It was very depressing though a very good book. I hope to learn more about the Holocaust.
I am currently reading "Attack On Pearl Harbor" it is about the tragic attack on pearl harbor and how it made the US fight even harder for our country and for the jewish people.

I am currently in the process of reading "The Hiding Place" by Corrie Ten Boom this book is about all the tough times corrie and her family went through during the holocaust and although they went through many moments of darkness the found light in God. They knew that whatever they went through he would be with them.
I read The Year of Goodbyes by Debbie Levy. It is about Levy's mother and her friends. Germany had a popular book were friends would take it home and write some warning, saying, or good luck. The closest thing we have to that is yearbooks. It takes place in 1938 a year before the holocaust started. In this book you can see change and how Debbie Levy's mother Jutta (YU tah) feels about it.
I read the boy in the stripped pajamas. I enjoyed how it also showed that the families of the nazi soldiers were clueless so it's not like everyone was okay with it. All soldiers were swarm to secrecy but it was really sad in the end
I read "The Cats in Krasinski Square" by Karen Hesse. It's about a girl that's jewish that escaped the ghetto, as in where the nazi soldiers were. She was with her friend and they smuggled food and walked through krasinski square as if they were just someone walking down the street not jewish. They filled baskets with cats and let them loose in a train station.

I read a book called parallel journeys, and it is from two people's eyes, a Jewish woman and a Hitler Youth member. It made me see things not just from the jewish perspective, but the Nazi side as well
The book I am currently reading is Code Talker. It is a memoir of Chester Nez, an original Navajo code talker of WWII. I think it is interesting because many Navajo men agreed to serve as communicators in the war for a country that often mistreated them.
I am reading a book called "World War II". It contains information about Pearl Harbor, the Holocaust, D-day and how Japan surrendered to the US. I like it a lot because it looks like an actual journal and on the sides, it has like little post-its with information of that same topic.
